Do you ever look at your child and wonder who he is (since that’s not who he was yesterday)?
How often does your relationship with your child seem to change, seemingly on no notice and through no fault of your own? Does it ever seem as if you used to know what was going on with your child, and, now you don’t? Do you ever wonder what happened?
Join Anne for a 4 part series on the developmental stages and changes of kids from birth through the teen years.
Six to Twelve
A lot happens during these first 5 years. This is the time where the seeds of trust are planted. In addition, children learn so much about their bodies and how to have control over various aspects (going from diapers to toilet training, from crawling to walking, from nursing to feeding themselves). When they do well, they begin to have a sense of accomplishment and independence. When they don’t, the seeds of mistrust, shame and doubt are planted.
Join Anne to learn what fosters a sense of accomplishment and independence.

Everyone needs an Anne
Teresa
Anne has a different view on parenting. She helped me to see that I was not wrong even when I felt like I was. She also got me to see that each of my kids is so different and can’t be parented the same way.
Chelsey
I never thought I would love being a mom as much as I do now. Thank you Anne!
