Individual therapy sessions can help you work through personal issues that you might be facing. These are 45 minute sessions.

Please know that Anne no longer accepts private insurance. And, your insurance company may have a policy that provides for reimbursement for sessions with an out of network licensed provider. If it does, you may submit invoices to your insurance company for reimbursement.
